My boyfriend had a nightmare case going on with a fraudalent law firm running a scam, impersonating attorneys and we were contacted by US Treasury Dept. not talk to or pay any more money to cease all contact with them. Then we were dealing with a very inexperienced attorney who was also scammed by law firm, not familiar with Chapter 13 at all. He had actually referred us to Mr. Colwell, what a relief!
