Excellent customer service!! Was little skeptical because of the other reviews, and though we only spoke over the phone, the owner was pleasant and extremely helpful. Was looking to buy a new/used dryer and though he didn't have but one on hand, he recommended that mine might be able to be fixed, and also recommended a repairman to do so. Its so hard nowadays to find good customer service or people who genuinely care. Next time I'm in need of a new/used appliance, this will be my first stop!!

1) Purchased over 7 appliances: microwave, washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator. 2) Only had one lemon, but it was during the warranty, which they fixed. 3) less than 50% of new unit, reliable products.

If i could give no stars i would very rude i got a washer fron here the first day it broke came out and fixed it last a week they have been out to fix it 4 time the last time lasted 3 months and i called he was rude and said it would be 75 to fix the same part they had replaced 3 time guy was so rude never buy fron them
