Live in an older home with original heating unit. It had no issues then just one day stopped working. Contacted Ace & A and they worked with dispatch to get someone out the same day. Jermaine was the tech and he diagnosed that the issue was the pilot light and not the thermostat. He did an analysis of the unit, ran a few checks, and identified what might need to be replaced in the future but confirmed no immediate repairs were needed. He was extremely professional and honest. I would highly recommend Ace & A and I will definitely call them for my own future HVAC needs.

I wanted to add a ductless mini split system to my finished attic. I was also contemplating adding a second system to control the temperature better in my kitchen. I contacted Ace & A via their website. Tim Wilson immediately got back to me and we arranged a time. Tim came out and spent an hour at my house listening to what I wanted and assessing my current HVAC system. Tim ended up proposing a solution that was much less than I had expected because he came up with creative solutions that didn't require a second ductless system. The day of the installation went well; the crew was professional and their work was top notch. I have dealt with several other HVAC companies in Atlanta. Many are just trying to sell you something. It was great to work with a company that actually wants to meet its customer's needs without gouging them. Ace & A is my HVAC company of choice from now on.

Installation issues of an attic furnace & A/C unit. Units were too large for the pull down stairs, and much disassembly had to be done. Technicians left boot marks on wall as they struggled. When paying I was told the wrong size equipment was ordered, mainly due to personal issues. Complained and got no response. Undependable.

All of the techs that have worked on my home have been professional and kind, even when they have to spend endless hours in my crawl space! I truly appreciate their expertise with old decatur houses. They offer financing through a third party company with very reasonable interest rates which really helped my family handle the cost of replacing our HVAC system when it gave out this summer. All around a great experience and I will be going back to them for all of my future hvac needs.
