Sherri helped me for over a hour trying to help me find the right size & fit for me . She was so sweet and helping alot of other customers as well in the store. Hands down the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time!

Had a wonderful experience today. I made the statement that I couldn't wear Jeans from here while my daughters were shopping BUT Sherri quickly changed my mind with her knowledge of their Jeans compared to my figure. She selected what I needed, got me set up in a fitting room and I was sold!! Thanks Sherri !!!

I Love American Eagle because they have very Nice and Great quality clothing that lasts a long time! They have sales all the time that you can shop from if the prices seem a little high. Also, if you download the AE apt. You get points everytime you shop and can use those on your next visit, Even on clearance items! AE clothing is such a great quality that you will not be able too resist going back! Their clothing, shoes and accessories are Always very stylish!

I love the merchandise and the fit, but, I wish there was an older manager on duty for customer service I was young also and kinda get it but like most businesses, the busier u are the best customer service u get, when its slow everyone plays! But, I do love AE!
