This guy has terrible customer service. He serviced my house early this July, but I have been killing live bugs ever since he left... I called and texted numerous times for that last few months trying to get another treatment (his messaging system allows you to text). But it's been 5 months with no response... He knew that I was unsatisfied with his service so he decided to ignore me. I'm telling you, don't waste your money.

Called B3 because I had an issue with some rodents. Ben was super nice and professional. Came out to my house the next day, showed me where they were getting in and took care of it. My distrusting dog even liked him. Had a really positive experience.
I called B3 because ants had taken over our office break room. I wanted to support a local business so I called B3 Pest Control. B3 answered right away and had someone out to help within a few hours. The team was super professional, thorough and wearing masks for our service. This morning I got to the office and the ants are gone :) Thank you for helping us out so quickly!

We had B3 come to do a hornets nest removal and the initial inspection for recurring pest control. Kevin was nothing but professional and informative over the phone, and was able to get us scheduled within 48 hours of my call! Ben & his associate came to the house and were able to tackle the hornets nest swiftly and efficiently, all while wearing masks and having a very pleasant demeanor! They then were super thorough with the indoor/outdoor inspection and spraying- we cannot say enough about their exemplary service. If you need recurring pest control or just a 1x issue, these are the guys to call!
