We have called these guys for both residential and commercial services and they have been great both times. They saved us both during a summer heatwave and recently during the Texas freeze of 2021. Their staff has been professional and friendly and the repairs have been great quality. Both times they took their time to identify the problem and fix it right.

Purchased home Aug 2017. A/C started acting up soon there after. Contacted The Home Insurance company enclosed with the sale of the house. They sent their contractor of course. They told me that Insurance company was never going to replace my 20 year old HVAC and that I was going to throw away 1K worth of repairs the insurance didn't cover. I'm glad they were honest with me. They offer me a new heat pump and the parts needs for the air handler for 4,800. I then contacted Decatur Heat and Air for they were highly recommended by friends of mine in Decatur. They arrived at 0630Hrs and by 1030Hrs they were gone and I was left with a Top of the line brand new HVAC system all brand new out the box handler, pump, thermostat, etc. for 6,500 which made more sense and now I have a 10 year warranty on it plus if well maintained will last another 10 years after that. The crew was very friendly and professional. They came and wasted no time and even cleaned up after themselves which is more that I can say about other contractors. Thank you Decatur Heat and Air for such a great response time, for all the up front information and the amazing communication. Keep up the great work and have a great day. Eddie R. In no time did he figured out what was wrong with my HVAC unit and also provided additional equipment at an affordable price to prevent future break downs on my unit. Affordable service, great troubleshooting and in no time he was done and out the door and my A/C unit was back in service. Another reason for me to stick with Decatur Heat & Air. Absolutely amazed by how professional these guys are. My wife is pregnant and due soon, we were having issues with our system so decided to replace it. These guys showed up on time, were extremely well mannered and ready to work. They didn’t make a mess, and if they did then they cleaned it up right away! They didn’t yell and shout, no cursing, no filthy conversation, no complaining. These are some top notch guys working for a top notch company. Hands down best choice.
