Terrible customer service. Their online portal will not work and Mike is not helpful to try and figure out why I cannot pay online. I have called three months in a row now and he will not even try to help. he keeps saying it is something I am doing. I had to set up a new account and the system still will not work. I called on December 2, 2020 to get help Mike eventually hung up on me. I would give a review of a zero if there was such a thing. Mike was very rude to me. It's very strange that I have paid online for months and then all of a sudden the system will not take my payment online. there is nothing that I did or could not figure out. I work with technology all the time. It would be nice if you would check with your online payment provider because your system has my credit card number stuck with an old expiration date. How else can you explain even after I set up a new account and used the same card and your system still gives an error message that the card is expired. In my opinion Decatur Self Storage doesn't care about their customers.

I have appreciated their personal service and cleanliness of the space. They are always there to answer any questions I have had. Thank you very much! I wish more business were run like theirs. They are 100% Solar Powered! And the cat murals are awesome.
