I was told I had a two hour wait. My two hours passed and I'm still waiting and they just announced the credit card system is down. I started this around 1:40 pm 12-16-2020. Once I got in the the person waiting on me was very quick and professional. Which made me ask why did I have to wait so long? People come not knowing what they need. One thing that may speed up the process is having dedicated personnel for renewals. Wait process one star. Service for renewal five stars.

I wanted to run the original 1976 Georgia tag on it, the representative gave me ALL the correct information, and emailed me the information with forms that I will need when I return. Fast service and a great experience for me.
