Been here 2 hours haven’t seen my family member they said they didn’t know who her probation officer was. Very unprofessional I can’t believe my tax money goes to paying for this place. Very unprofessional.
This place is horrible been on probation since they were at the old building (a whole year) & somehow during the moving process to Miller Rd they must have lost all my paperwork. Officer going to tell me after a year on probation I have to come in for a intake, clearly she had absolutely no clue as to what was going on with me or my case, the only proof I had was my JPay statements if it wasn’t for that she would have kept swearing I still had to do the intake process. They NEVER answer the phone when you call but tell you that you should keep in contact with them. They lie & put words in your mouth in a very vindictive, spiteful way, it left a nasty taste in my mouth. I felt soo much hate from that officer. She was laughing & instigating the fact about how much she can send me to prison (mind you God forbid I violate it will only be couple months jail** time, NOT prison). I know us probationers aren’t supposed to be “Cool” with the probation officers but they treat people with little to NO respect. And they are very sarcastic in there, ALL of them are, reminded me of a bunch of highschool kids for real. This isn’t coming from a place of “anger” just being real, this place is trash. They need new staff. Of course it’s all a business & all they care about is money. Smh rediculous
