Doctor William Rose is the best doctor ever!! Thanks to him I am able to walk... If it was not for him I would be wheelchair bound the rest of my life.. I’m thankful.. He knows what he is doing.. Been at it a long time.. I wish I could do more than leave a review..

Dr Rose is a wonderful doctor and most of her staff. This review is in reference to her check-out clerk. This is the most unprofessional woman I have had to deal with. She seems to lack the knowledge of what customer service is. If you are afraid to wait on patients in a kindly manner during a pandemic then quit. I have went to a number of medical offices. We all wear masks and some how still know how to provide great customer service and not act like you are terrified of patients. This woman needs to be fired or moved to a position that requires no patient contact.

We had a 10:45am appointment and did not see Dr. Rose until 2:15pm. I'm not sure if he the best but he takes entirely too long to get to his appointments. This was not a special occasion because my Mom said she went my Granddaddy before and it was a three hour wait. Dr. Rose was only in the room for almost fifteen minutes. I even felt rushed when he came in on the room.

This is a personal decision to write this review because I was told that it was a personal business decision for this medical group to submit two separate claims for a medical visit that included a scan which both are done in the same office to receive two office co pays. This medical group could have submitted one claim for the entire visit and accepted one co pay. I was not informed that day that I might have to pay a separate co pay for a scan. Notification would have been great of a possible additional co pay. The personal decision was apparently not intended to benefit the patient. Also, the wait time was ridiculous.

I was there last week for a new patient appointment. I never saw the doctor because I was kept waiting for 3.5 hours and then I had to leave to get home for my children. Incredibly disrespectful. I was never given a reason for the delay. (The only reason I gave 1 star is because google won't let me post with zero stars.) Patients in the waiting area told me they regularly wait 2 hours past appointment times.
