I have been a patient here for several years now. All of the staff from the front desk to nurses and supporting staff have always been helpful and courteous. My doctor, Dr. Church, has a great bedside manner, is always concerned for his patients wellbeing, the English accent is very pleasant to listen to as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Chang turned me away and had no care for me as a patient. I had a doctors appointment and I was checked in. I took off work to be here, I understand it was busy but I’ve never been turned away from a doctor. I’m infuriated. I really have pain and no one cared to ask how severe my pain was. No one cared to try to have me see another doctor. They just said Dr. Chang is the only one seeing new patients. Why allow me an appointment time and turn me away? If I make an appointment to see a doctor it’s because I need to see a doctor. It’s disheartening to know that no one in this medical office even cared. Horrible bedside manners.

Appointment was at 1:30 came at 1:00. Didn’t get called until 2:00. Have been waiting for the doctor for 40 minutes. When I asked the receptionist where the doctor was she said that he would be in soon, this was at 1:45. The doctor didn’t come in to see until 3:15
