Everyone from beginning to end was very polite and caring. Literally from check in to check out. The imaging tech was extremely compassionate. The providers thoroughly spoke with me and provided great teaching. It was clean, not over crowded and minimal wait time.

Smh, The security is very rude and nasty in the ER. The front desk staff is pretty rude as well. Im in security as well, as a matter of fact im an assistant Account Manager in security. Yes, you must be assertive and firm but customer service in a hospital is a must. You are here to make people feel safe and comfortable. I will be reaching out to patients advocacy. -0 stars from me.

The emergency of this hospital is so bad. I went there with a lot of eye pain wait for 5 hours with out any help. Finally when I ask them the approximate more time to wait, they told me they do not know. Finally I went back home with additional pain they gave without any help.

Run!!! If you need an ER please go elsewhere. Been here 5.5 hrs and all they have done was blood work. THATS IT!
