Only have some pictures of different fabric to contribute, but I am always amazed at how many different products for different hobbies/crafts Joann's has. Was particularly impressed with their Fall decor items and the quality of them. All the staff was very nice! I will say I wish the AC was on more since masks are required right now. Got a little hot! But overall wonderful store and experience.

Cashier stated they do not price match Michael's products even with a sign behind register. I looked up the policy online. She then went to speak to a manager about it and the manager says they do price match. It took over 15 minutes to check out. I have 4 stars because other than the cashier's lack of good customer service, the shopping experience was a pleasure.
