Dr. Muro is very thorough and explains lab results to patients very well. The staff rotates from time to time , but are generally friendly.

My grandmother was a patient at this office and was RESCHEDULED 4 TIMES BEFORE SHE WAS ABLE TO SEE HER DOCTOR, DR MURO, FOR A 3 MONTHS FOLLOW UP (THIS WOULD NOW BE HER 7 MONTH FOLLOW UP)! She is extremely RUDE and talks down to, not only her patients, BUT HER STAFF AS WELL!!! I cannot imagine for the life of me why or how this place is still in business. I actually give no stars-- there was ZERO quality in both service and caring.
