I love that the restaurant is casual and has a relaxed atmosphere. The food wasn’t beautifully presented but it tasted great. One major issue I had was the Bistreaux Oysters. They were phenomenal but one had 4 loose pieces of shell that I bit down on. When I mentioned it to the server, he said ‘yeah you gotta be careful’. I shouldn’t have to be ‘careful’ with a 13 appetizer. Everything else was great but the same server brought my drink out with his hand around the top of the glass! GROSS! You hold the bottom of any drink you serve. I wish I could rate the food and service separately.

There was a wait upon arrival due to crowd and social distancing...and I see why the crowd kept coming. The food was so good. Staff was friendly, upbeat and helpful. They even helped out with the kids due to them waiting a little longer. Decor has a nice down to earth feel and outside patio seating available. The food taste pretty authentic considering I've been to Louisiana. I don't live in the area but if ever in the area again will definitely revisit. Drinks good too!
Went Friday night . The service was great. I was very indecisive when it came to my order but the waitress helped out a great deal. I ended up getting the fried catfish and added some fried shrimp to it. My friend got the special with salmon,salmon crochet spinach and shrimp on a bed of grits. My drinks were great that night I tried the mango whiskey lemonade. Overall I would revisit.
My very 1st time here...Our waitress \Amanda\ was OUTSTANDING and the food was GREAT!! I will definitely dine here again soon. **Covid precautions in full effect...**
I’ve passed this place a million times it seems but I never went until my husband suggested for date night on Friday this be the place for dinner. When I say the food was absolutely amazing, that’s an understatement. Everything was cooked to perfection, the service by our server Amanda was exceptional as well. Amanda helped me choose my meal and for that I’m grateful because it was filling and delicious, she was fast and super sweet. Overall I give this place 5 stars because they are simply amazing.
