A great place to get mostly anything you need for around the house , gardening ,renovations, hardware and appliances. I do feel they could step up their game on customer service though. Other than that, a GREAT place to get what you need !!

Stopped by during the winter storm for a space heater, they were sold out when I first called but store crew kept me updated on the phone until they had them available. As soon as the truck came in with heaters I was notified the same morning and was able to come pick it up. Everyone was so helpful and friendly in trying times, I'm glad they were there to help

Ordered a cordless Dewalt circular saw one week BEFORE Christmas. They told me, I wouldn't get it till one week AFTER Christmas. Never got a call to pick up but in January I received a call asking how we are liking the product. I tell them I haven't received it yet. They apologized and would check on it. I get another call in February again asking how the product is. I tell them again that I haven't received it yet. Another apology. They call me yesterday FEB 09th to come pick it up. Speak to the manager about it and he says COVID has everything backed up. Okay so why were we told the product would be in one week after order and why have I had TWO calls asking how we are liking it? No answer. No compensation. Nothing. Horrible service.

I bought a house and need a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. I figured I'd get them from this Lowes. I was just there and the woman in appliances refused to wait on me. She looked at me so I know she knew I was there. She helped a few people that were there after I was, but when she was done with them she walked right past me but never waited on me. I gave up and left. Management needs to work on their customer service. I asked for a manager to bring it to their attention but they were in a meeting.
