I would give this office -5 stars if that were possible. The secretaries are wildly unprofessional and don’t bother to hide the fact that they don’t care about the patients. They believe that they are more well equipped than the doctors to treat patients, and will not allow you to speak or communicate on your behalf with your doctor, even if that means that you can not receive your medication. This is by far the worst office to go to if you wish to receive treatment. If you want to be hospitalized because a secretary thinks she’s a doctor, this is your place.
I would give this unprofessional dump a negative score if I could. They look & act like they need medication. They will tell you bold face lies about your treatment & condition. It's a money scheme. They schedule three different appointments just for one doctor session. They do not care about NOTHING BUT THE MONEY! I HATE THEY PLAY WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES LIKE ITS A GAME OF MONOPOLY. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME ENERGY OR MONEY IF YOUR REALLY TRYING TO GET BETTER!!! ITS A CIRCUS IN THERE. THEY'LL CAUSE MORE ISSUES THEN WHEN YOU STARTED!
Don’t bother with this place. My wife suggested I go here because she likes one of the doctors. My experience with this place is not good. If you make an appointment at this place don’t bother showing up early because you’ll be waiting even longer than normal. I’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment time for the doctor and still got charged for an hour. I’ve encountered other people there that have been waiting for well over an hour. I recently had to cancel a few appointment due to work and family problems and they charged me as if I totally missed the appointment. This place is just there for the money and nothing else.
Could be way better. The management in this place is the problem. Turnover is pretty high, primarily due to the owners’ nickel-and-dime attitude towards clinical staff. This is a family-and-friends ran operation, which usually doesn’t bode well for anyone except the owners and the family and friends they employ.
