I have passed by this place for many many years since I was young always saying I would be an owner of a brand new tractor one day and as of March I am! The buying experience I had here was amazing! From the first time I showed up to start looking into what would fit me Lance was there to guide me and help me from start to finish! Very nice and helpful staff. My buying experience was very smooth from McMasters side of it. Very grateful to everyone who helped me. Time to get some work done!

Let me start with outstanding customer service and greetings right threw the door. I walked in and a gentleman by the name LANCE clearly knew I was on a mission to get in and get what I need and out the door to get back home after a long day of work. That being said after explaining to me the difference in the zero turn mower's he was able to explain the difference knowing I knew nothing of them and explained in a way that I could relate to. He then had me sit down get some info and before you knew it i was all set to go. Now knowing I was exhausted from work I mentioned I just purchased a house around the corner and instead of me picking my trailer up he had it delivered to my new home and had a great associate make the delivery and even took the time to show me the basics before heading out. HANDS DONE BEST EXPERIENCE IN A PURCHASE YOU COULD ASK FOR. Looking forward to my next purchase in the near future with them. So knowing my wife and I are all about ratings I'd give this place a 10 if I could. Thanks again Lance I appreciate you sir.

My local New Holland dealer was no help at all in OKC. I was given McMaster as a referral on one of my many online searches. One call a couple of pics and the part I needed was shipped the same day. Friendly and helpful. I will gladly pay the freight to get the friendly and knowledgeable service.
