Just had an amazing experience getting a storage unit from Metro Self Storage. The customer service Wanda provided was top notch. She made sure I had enough space for what I needed and inspected the unit herself. I would recommend to anyone!!!
The previous manager was EXCELLENT, she was very attentive and provided outstanding customer service. However, they changed management a couple months ago and it’s definitely not the same. I go there around three to four times a week and the person in the office is NEVER there. I’d say it’s ok if it happens once, but the three times in the week I try to go and ask for the key of the restroom, there’s no one to be found and I have to drive to the gas station. Also, I never receive emails notifying when there’s going to be maintenance works with the satellite/antena inside the building and I suddenly find the way to my storage totally blocked without any notification.
Mrs. Mary has been a wonderful manager while I had a storage unit here. She has assisted me with anything I needed. She is very professional. I had an outside unit here and the climate control was not that good. When I told her about that, she handled it with care. The Metro Storage Company should be grateful to have her on their team. Thank you Mrs. Mary!
