Never again! I've attempted numerous times to patronize this restaurant. The restaurant often opens later than time posted. Customers wait 10 to 15 minutes, before being allowed to enter. Never an apology for the delay or thank you for your patience. I've been served food partially warm and refrigerator cold. After two months, thought, I'd try again. None of the staff were wearing gloves. They have long nails, jewelry and constantly touching and adjusting their mask. Never washing or sanitizing their hands. I requested the side items, watched the server put them on a tray. While waiting for the order to be completed and pay, 6 other customers were served and left. The cashier asked, what I ordered and moved to check for it. The stated 'you said rice and mac and cheese'. I repeated my order. The server, threw her head back, rolled her head, batted her eyes and yelled, 'I heard her say rice and mac & cheese'. I replied, I don't eat mac and cheese and never ordered it. The cashier offered to get the order. I refused and said good night. I DON'T SPEND MONEY WERE I'M NOT RESPECTED.

Now I have been a frequent visitor of this place for at least 4 years but just found out that they have oxtails. First time trying it, and also the last time. From the picture the top part that you see is all fat that came off 4 bones. This the first time I ever got 4 bones for oxtails and was charged 20. I had someone pick up the food for me and they had no idea about oxtails and I said clearly because you shouldn't have walked out with that plate. It's just very disappointing. Never will I ever order these again, but on a better note their fried chicken is the bomb as I stated in a earlier review. I will be back just not for oxtails.

This food was G double O D .....GOOD! Seasoned to perfection! Stopped by a couple times and this spot was not opened, maybe it was a Monday or something but went in this past Tuesday and was in for a surprised. I got a baked chicken plate with cabbage and mashed potatoes and gravy.... everything was good! The chicken was so flavorful? My goodness! Fresh rolls..... I can't wait to get back over there.

Nicole was our server. She was on point. Everything we needed she provided. Restaurant was nice clean and the food was delicious . Lady on register and the young man that takes the number of people in your party were well trained and professional. Happy New Year and much success
