For it's function, it is very convenient. It will not work if you have any outstanding items from the DDS. If you can't pay online, then you likely can not use this machine. In my case, there is \inventory\ pertaining to my vehicles at the county office due to a return to sender issue for the tags last year. 20 person line took a little over an hour to give everyone an opportunity with the kiosk.

Very long lines.
It's working. But still call at Kroger and ask before you go. Sometimes it stops working.waited approx 30mins there were approx 12 people in Q. I paid online already for the tag but didn't receive it and was worried that cops might eventually stop me. So I decided to try to get tag at this kiosk. But no you can't get it if you already paid once via any of the 3 options.
Fast and easy. Make sure to have your driver's license or renewal notice and in a few short clicks you'll have your renewal sticker for your tag
Extremely long line. 1 machine. Waited for 15 minutes. Some people were not wearing masks or were wearing them on their chins...*Insert eye roll* otherwise it is quick and easy. People just have a hard time moving fast with it... it is not that complicated. It should take you 60 seconds
