I was a patient of Dr. Smiths and absolutely loved her. Most of the staff I interacted with in that time were pretty great. After learning that she left and they wouldn't tell me where to, I tried to make an appointment on two separate occasions and was treated so rudely (for what reason?) and basically hung up on after being told they were \full\. It's not like I'm a new patient there... I would recommend anyone to Dr. Smith. NOBODY to this practice in general.

I've been coming to this physician office for over 20 years. I've only seen Heather Prusik PA. She is the best. The office staff and medical assistance are very professional. My daughter recently got sick and Heather was the only one that gave me a true diagnosis on her.

My visits to North Decatur primary care have been quick and pleasant. Dr. Bondulich, the nurse, and the other staff I saw were professional and kind. I didn't have to wait an hour to get seen after my appointment time like at some other doctors. I would recommend this practice.

Absolutely horrible experience! Numerous times they have been late or incorrect with sending my medication to the wrong pharmacist. Doctor seems aloof, uninterested and as though he has not even read my file before entering the room. Overall feels like nobody cares. Eagerly looking for a new doctor.
