Be prepared for a revolving door of medical students who asks the same questions as the doctor. They also can't get billing correct for some reasons. The wait time is a joke, you are expected to show up on time but will normally wait 45 min to an hour to be seen.

I would say the posts about billing and treatment are true to my experience. I went approximately 6 times was subscribed zoloft and then had to see a therapist here. The billing was never ready to the point where I asked to just pay something as I did not want a massive bill coming my way. I came for a followup and was told I owed 700 and I would not be seen until I paid. I had no idea I owed this amount and was shocked at how much they charged for the check in apts with the nurse practitioner. They were literal check ins not therapy sessions. I was billed an exorbitant amount for them without being explained what the cost was and the schedule them again b4 you leave. I thought it was part of their program and not just a pattern to bill you. I got an even larger bill at a later time. I was in a deep depressive state and I believe this is predatory. I would suggest you work with your Dr and be prescribed what is needed and go on psychologytoday.com to find a therapist and save your money. I did not get anything close to the billed value here.

This office's administration is terrible. They cannot get paperwork completed in a timely manner. It's taken more than three months and they have yet to complete the paperwork. Phone calls and emails are never returned and they posted a sign that states you will be charged for excessive calls to the office. The way to fix people like this is to report them to the board. When paperwork is sent for a doctor's signature to keep a person's benefits going, don't let it sit on your desk for months. I had to go up there and fuss to get my client's paperwork signed. The lady at the window had her paperwork on a clipboard just sitting there. The other paperwork was sent three months prior to that and now she tells me the doctor needs to do an evaluation...why didn't the doctor or the office say that when I sent the paperwork three months ago? I'll be contacting the board. Trust me. I will.

My experience at PACT Atlanta has been wonderful. During check-in, the receptionist was transparent about the amount owed for each visit and promptly assisted me with paperwork. I was seen quickly and treated with respect during both of my visits to the office and both the PAs in training and Dr. Antin were knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I would highly recommend this office to anyone struggling with TRD.
