I don't know what we would do without this place! My nephew is doing so much better.

I would never bring my eight year old son there anymore. Since he has been seeing his behavior therapist, Kristi, my son has not improved. She did not help me find the support for my son. She did not show or tell me different types of techniques to deal/prevent my son from behavior issues. His behavior therapist called the police on my eight year boy for running up and down the stairs. The police and EMS told her the psychiatric hospital was not going to admit him for running up and down the stairs. She violated HIPAA telling the Police my son’s medical history. She over exaggerated to force the police to take him to the hospital. Kristi also went beyond her scope to sign a 1013. The police refused her signature because she did not have the proper credentials to sign a 1013. These past couple of months, she has been trying to force me to let him get admitted without going through all the proper steps. I took him to the hospital 2 times because she has been hassling me to go. The Psychiatrist told me a locked down facility is not the best fit for my child. I feel violated as a parent, because she was willing to do whatever to have my child locked down. It hurts to know that the people you trust with your child, really don’t have a true passion for it. She did not try to help us, she just wanted him locked away. I just want to find a good facility that will give my son the right support to help with his behavior. This clinic did not do so at all!!!

Unfortunately the last month or so with this company has made me want to look for care elsewhere for my daughter. Between a therapist questioning my religious beliefs, Also had a therapist not only come to my home in my absence but ENTER my home without my knowledge or permission!! and the same threatening to contact dfacs then a nurse practitioner (not my daughters regular) that wanted to take my daughter off meds because my daughter (who is taking antipsychotics and antidepressants) said the meds weren't working. ONLY because she said so, and this young woman proceeded to tell me that my daughter is 16 (she's actually 15) and didn't have to take them!! My daughter has actually regressed in the last 2 months as a direct result of these 'treatment professionals' creating false hopes and aiding her delinquency. Suggesting that she should sleep all day as a coping skill instead of suggesting healthier ways... Im not sure what has happened but IFFI services were wonderful and so was Jessica but her latest therapist and last visit with the nurse left me on the brink of seeking legal counsel...can no longer recommend **noone from this facility bothered to contact me back and as I listened to my daughter tell dfacs that her therapists NEVER gave her any coping skills they only said that because she's not happy (child suffers from Major Depression Disorder and psychosis) they're goal was to have her removed from the home!! I will be pushing forward with formal complaints and my child will no longer be using this facility

The experience I had with the receptionist today is what made me write this review. She was very unprofessional and rude. She kept cutting me off why I was trying to speak and basically called me a liar. I have my phone records and emails from when I called in trying to make contact with someone to get my son in for an appointment. I really like this agency doctors. But they need to train the receptionist on using better customer services skills. I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint.
