Sylvia was a huge help with the initial setup of my unit – I was moving within a short timeframe and stressed out! I had a subsequent issue upon move-in, and Sylvia's prompt attention to my concerns was greatly appreciated. In addition to the great customer service, this facility is well-maintained and is very conveniently located.

We had a great experience here. Facility was clean and Eva was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I had a unit here in 2016 and Eva was here back then, always kind and helpful. They have a good stock of boxes and other moving supplies, so this has been my go-to place for years. I did the contactless registration this time online, and then went to the unit without going in the office. There was a safety seal on my unit's door to show it was sanitized, and a new lock was waiting inside. Would definitely recommend this as a quality place for storage rentals and also for purchasing moving supplies.
This is the second time we have used Public Storage, and they are incredibly easy to deal with. It's super smooth process, and the prices were better than elsewhere. I love Eva in the front office. The other lady is also very nice, but I got to know Eva in person, and she is fantastic! I rarely write , but I am pleased to highly recommend this business for storage.
