The whole team at Reagin Eyes was superb. Their infection control measures were clear. The office is bright and warm. Dr. Marshburn was energetic and very detail oriented and organized. The optician was helpful and we had fun picking my glasses. I look forward to years of eye care there!

Very unprofessional from front desk staff. They had told me my insurance doesn't cover the eye exam [retina eye exam], fair enough but someone from their office called me to confirm the appointment and when i asked her about my insurance she told me it was good to go. Now i drove 30 mins to their location to find out my insurance isn't accepted. Why was i called to confirm the appointment then and even got a reminder text from them. Edited :-10/26/2018. After very poor first experience i was called again to get it corrected. Dr Mashburn herself called me took care of my eye exam, Was really pleased how she handle this situation. I have been to different doctor's before this but never had one that is so through. She provided excellent service.
Reagin is the best doctors office I have ever been to. I say that across multiple states, specialties and procedures. I would recommend their practice without hesitation. They are friendly, professional, thorough and truly care about each patient.
Excellent service. Entire staff very courteous and kind. Dr. Marshburn is a very kind doctor explains everything for you to understand what's going on. I really enjoyed the visit and will continue to return for future services. Awesome group
I’m really impressed with Reagin Eyes. The doctors are top notch and super nice. They listen and react. And they don’t rule anything out when you have eye issues. So they look very comprehensively at your eyes. They have all the latest technology in probably the coolest doctor’s office I’ve ever been in. A large vintage Decatur home that’s been meticulously renovated with tall ceilings, hardwood floors, all beautifully restored. Everyone there gets it, in addition to having skilled doctors, customer service is the next most important thing, and they deliver.
