Do NOT sign a lease at this place. You will deeply regret it. They do not care about their clients!! They will come in your office when you aren’t there. They will take things out of your office.. chairs, pens, paper etc... if you have an issue it will take them weeks to address it and they will never discount your fees if you can’t utilize your office. I couldn’t use my office for nearly 30 days because the air never worked and yet they still charged me a FULL months rent of 1400. This place is a joke!! Don’t waste your money!!

Do not sign an agreement with Regus of any location. They have been understaffed for months, they don't adhere to their agreements, and they nickel and dime you for every item. They don't care about their clients. I've been with them way too long to be subjected to such treatment.
