I’m really questioning all the 5 star reviews posted here. There’s NO WAY they’re legit. This place is terrible. They add so many hidden fees, especially when it’s time for you to leave. The internet goes down ALOT, and even if your office isn’t fully functional (due to their errors/lack of action) you will still be charged FULL rent. My office was consistently had temps over 76-78 degrees and it was at times very unbearable.. they didn’t offer to move my office, offer me any incentives nor did they take my request until I filed a complaint with corporate!! Don’t waste your time!! Ayana the receptionist is nice but IMANI is super rude, ghetto, and has no customer service skills at all. Stay away from BOTH Decatur locations!! You’ve been warned!!

The gentleman I had the displeasure of talking to on the phone feels more like a pushy used car salesperson than a professional co-working space representative. Luckily other offices I talked to were much more pleasant.
