In the middle of a pandemic going to a doctors appointment can be nerve racking, but I couldn’t have felt more safe & comfortable. There was only 2-3 other people in the large waiting area. I did not have to wait more than minutes before I was taken back to my room. Everyone was masked and my temp was taken at the front desk. The doctor was knowledgeable and My visit from start to finish was complete within 30mins including X-rays.

My visit today a Resurgens Orthopaedic was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The Xray Tech was very friendly, and patience. Dr. Koch was very clear in explaining my situation. Overall my experience at the Resurgens Ortho, was a very good one.

Dr. Koch Is a good listener he let you explain your ailments to him and together we come out to a conclusion of how I am to be treated most of the time his suggestions are at the top of the List. He is the type of doctors that don’t try to medicate you with barbiturates and opiates just to get rid of you he’s prescribes the correct medicine and then find out if you are allergic to it or would you like something different or a little stronger he always values your opinion. I am very pleased with him he is an excellent doctor.

This office is absolutely wonderful. The staff is extremely professional yet very friendly and helpful. The wait time is always minimal and even in the midst of Covid-19 They are still very personable and don't make you feel uncomfortable. My doctor is Dr Shawn Traub And he is absolutely awesome. Friendly but takes the time to listen which I greatly appreciate. He is patient and works diligently to relieve pain and keep me mobile. High marks for Resurgence!
