I went by there to find out the cost to mail something simple 9 x 6 envelope with papers enclosed. I was given a price of 4.36 to mail it. I asked what the store store was (Surcharge) and the lady did not know. I left and did not mail it there. I took it to the post office downtown Decatur, Alabama and the Total cost was only 2. What kind of extra charges is this place charging?

I've never once been asked what I am shipping ever by any company. I was attempting to ship some very valuable items to my brother in Ca. today and was asked what I was shipping, I stated personal items nothing hazardous. She asked me to describe the item.... that's how they figure out what packages to steal I guess. because I've had plenty of packages go missing in the mail. if it's hazardous sure I understand but it's not and not on the prohibited list. so they don't need to know. I'll take it to UPS or Fedex next time directly.
I am very impressed with this store and their employees. I was greated before I made it completely through the door. The staff is upbeat and professional. They were able to service all of my needs and super knowledgeable. I will definately be going back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
