AVOID these apartments at all cost. Old, poorly maintained, cheap-looking, bad appliances. I lived here during my first year at Emory and I had a very unpleasant experience. The most problematic aspect, and ethically compromising of them, is that before you sign the lease they advertise their single (or one of the few) good apartment (colorful, with good appliances, well maintained). After sign it they give you a unit that is falling apart and looks nothing like the pictures you've seen. How could this be legal? By the beginning of summer, the walls in my unit even had mold. I honestly don't understand how Emory sponsors this complex. Read the other reviews and you will see that I am not the only one who lived this nightmare. To be fair, the one positive aspect is that the staff members are nice. Still, it doesn't matter if they are kind to you, the apartments they manage are horrible and the tenant will have a bad experience almost certainly. So, please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It's helpless! Spend a little more time and money looking for another place so you have minimal peace of mind.

The apartment complex is wonderfully situated for walking or catching a shuttle to Emory or downtown Decatur, and there are affordable and diverse restaurants within strolling distance. The gym's a bit small, and I wish they'd put a handrail on the stairs that lead up to the Publix next door, but otherwise I was happy. It's nothing fancy, but the staff are competent and friendly.
Move to this apartment at your own risk! Money obsessed property and they take years before responding to maintenance request. I usually don't write reviews but I have to warn other people about this place. The demo they have online looks nothing like the actual apartments. In a pandemic , all they care about is money and more money!
Turn the power on literally every business on clairmont rd has power except president parks even the apartments next door. Going on the 2nd day!!!!!!
Do not move here! Horrible communication , no updates during the pandemic . I signed a lease back in February before the pandemic to move in August . Once the pandemic hit I had to contact them for updates , multiple phone calls and emails, and no response. I was told that they will call back to talk to me about further concerns with the lease and , I am still waiting. ** Update I have spoken to the property manager's supervisor. While I did get more information on the process, she was extremely rude as well.She asked me how was she not being professional , which was obvious. I am writing this review on 08/13/20 I last spoke to the supervisor Jackie on 07/20/20 , I am still waiting on the call back from her. Again I am telling you do not move there!
