If you can dodge this location, do so. I faxed very important government items which of course, I paid for, and they understood I was to receive a fax back. I have been checking on the return for weeks and I finally go back in the store just for them to tell me, “oh our fax machine is iffy when it comes to receiving faxes.” Like why was that not communicated BEFORE I paid? The gentleman was not apologetic in any way and didn’t even tell me to have a good day. I won’t be going back. Not worth it.

Rude and poor customer service. I was not greeted when I entered. I mentioned it to them and they said they were busy that’s why they did not tell me hello. However, they were not busy at all and I was the only customer in the store. Just two college aged guys standing at the register looking bored. I have been a customer of UPS Store for many years as I am a small business owner. I’ve had mailboxes at both the Sugarloaf and Lindbergh locations. I only came to this location because they stay open until 7:30pm. I’ve never had such rude service at this location before. I will be sure not to come to this location again.
