--update: it's a year later and I just took my phone back for a new screen this time. another perfect experience. Highly recommended and price was perfect as was efficient service time frame. Phone is good as new again!-- iPhone 6 battery replacement- great experience! Made an appointment online for a convenient time the next day, took my phone in, and it was back in my hands in 15 minutes safe and sound. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Yes, it costs a bit more here than at the apple store, but it was a fast, efficient, no hassle experience. No long waits, and no attempts to upsell me to a new phone or whatever else :) Highly recommended!

All the customer service reps at this location were very friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long to get help and they also called you when they said they would. The phone repair went great! The testing and recharging of my batteries went well too. I will look for any opportunity to by LED bulbs, lights and batteries from them.

The staff at the Druid Hills store was so awesome. I was very impressed with how good their customer service was. I had my phone screen repaired and my screen protector replaced. It only took a little more than an hour and now I feel like I’ve got a new phone. If my iPhone screen ever needs to be replaced again I will definitely be back! ! ! You will not be disappointed in the work or the customer service.

Awesome service!! Walked in Monday morning to have my iPhone screen repaired, quite frankly I thought it was going to be a lost cause and I would have to purchase a brand new phone. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but in less than an hour he had my screen repaired and looks like a BRAND new phone!! Will definitely be going back to them for any future repairs I may need. Highly recommend!!
