A great place to go if you want to by a thing, not a great place to go if you need to learn about a thing before you buy it, or have a delivery. In the last month, a sales man stopped me from buying a smoke detector that I later had to buy anyway because he couldn't understand the box correctly, and told me it wouldn't work AT ALL without Amazon Ring service, when it works just fine. Also, exactly a week ago today, when I was supposed to have the first delivery appointment of the day for my new stove, between 7-9 and confirmed multiple times the day before, I got a 7:30 morning call that the item to be delivered wasn't in their warehouse. A great place to but a standalone gadget, or printer ink. For anything more complicated, best to move along and find a better retailer.

They were very helpful on a return. My purchase was a few days past the day it was supposed to be returned but they were able to help me out and was able exchange and get some money back
If you are willing to go inside a store, you'll find that the store is certainly not at capacity so that distancing is easy. But if you don't feel comfortable going inside a store, definitely use their curbside pickup. You can make your purchase online and pull into one of the dedicated spaces. Click the button in your email to let them know you have arrived and you'll have your order in just a couple of minutes. It's even faster if you come after the store has closed. Curbside pickup is still available until 8:00 most nights.
Standard best buy but they do a great job with all of the Covid protocols. I feel safe going in to grab something or even just to browse.
Associates see you looking around trying to find things and don't even ask if they can help you-and they're not even busy. You have to yell excuse me several times before someone will notice you
