Nice people manager was on phone but he was nice when I approached the register the store I was surprised well stocked and all employees had masks on what a surprise I will return

I brought 2 balloons at 2.13, went to my car and one balloon blew away from the tape, the string was still in my hand. Went back inside, they made me buy another balloon and said it's my fault cause it happened outside. Talk to the manager and he said the same thing. I will never come to that store again or recommend it. Very bad business and customer service....

Normally customer service is distant but a few days ago my daughter and I were disrespected by the manager. We thought we left a bag at the store and approached the manager who was our cashier and asked if we left it there. He rudely said no and said that he would have to check the cameras. He acted like we really drove all the way back to steal 5 worth of productS from him. After he checked the cameras, he said that we owed him an apology. He showed us the footage and told us next time not to waste his time. I get it we made a mistake but his attitude was disrespectful from the very beginning. Color profiling at its finest. Never shopping here again and we reported him to the corporate office.
I like the store and the deals but when ever you buy anything that expires be sure to check the date before you buy. I wanted a small bag of chips but had to get a large bag because EVERY small bag of chips in the flavor I wanted had expired. And the last time I was there I bought (without checking first SMH) a candy bar that had expired over 2 months ago.
