I paid for a 45 minute infrared sauna session. However, if the gentleman turns the machine on and sets my timer at the same exact time (which is what happened), then it didn’t reach its temp of 147 degrees until 35 minutes had passed. I’m not exaggerating, I had to wait that long for it to be at temp. The sauna should be at temp for the duration of my session. I didn’t even break a sweat for the first 25-30 minutes. I feel ripped off. Response to owner: The machine was not on when I arrived, I stood there as he turned it on. Also, I understand they only reach 150 degrees. It was not hot when I entered, I waited 35 minutes for it to reach its max of 147 and it began at barely above 100. This is not a dishonest review but I’m surprised you won’t return my money after paying for a session that was at temp for about ten minutes. The reason why I didn’t say anything in person after exiting is because I heard shouting / arguing while I was in the sauna. That’s the second time I’ve heard a loud yelling match while inside the sauna and I just wanted to leave. Extending the time wasn’t an option for me, as I only had time to be there for the appointment I scheduled. I didn’t have another 35 minutes to spare. The business should return my money out of clear courtesy that I didn’t get what I paid for, or I can’t come back.

My favorite place for relax in Boston area. Russian style sauna - the best way to cleanse and detox your body and mind. I'm coming here once a month. The sauna room is spacious, heat up fast, and there is a huge resting room, so you can relax in between a \branching\ sessions. They also do have a cryotherapy camera, infrared sauna, salt sauna. I love the stuff members - always helping, polite and attentive to details. The space is tidy and clean, they have 2 showers and restrooms, they provide you with towels, robes and flip-flops and even bathroom supplies. So you can even go there unprepared - only need to look up their schedule for availability. That's very convenient. There is a huge parking lot, never have to worry about that. Separately wanted to notice their booking system - very detailed and comfortable.

Me and my buddy generally go here once a week and do the infrared sauna. Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff- you cant really ask for anything more. Nice big showers to rinse off after you sauna. Just saw their big sauna room last time i was there, which looks super relaxing, you can rent by the hour and hang out in this room with some lounge chairs, a tv, fridge and big oak picnic table- just go in and out of a big sauna at your own pace. Will be looking to try this out next time. If you like heat therapies try this place out.
