Bought a chair that had a big greasy stain on it right out of the box. When I took it in to return it, the cashier was very rude and tried to blame me for the defect. I was able to make an exchange for a new chair, but the \service\ here left much to be desired.

I designed my own banner for a retirement party. Unfortunately, I bought it after I viewed my proof. I realized I didnt take the \design your own\ text off. They would have printed it on there. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to take off that text and still have it printed in time for the retirement party. It was inexpensive and provided lots of fun. These guys are great.
Found a chair on sale, it rang up full price. I asked then to check that it was on sale. The employee was gone for around 5 minutes. I went to go help her find the chair. I pointed out the chair and noticed that the for sale sign was no longer on it. It was in her hand. She tried to tell me it was a different type of chair. I said no it was definitely this one and I'm pretty sure there was a tag on this a minute ago. She then spoke into her walkie talkie and very clearly reluctantly confirmed it was on sale. At least the manager was helpful.
Hat off to the print center they are very helpful and friendly . I came in to do my daughters party invitations they made it very easy and painless. Thank you Natalie and Jimmy
