Upon entering still studio you can't help but feel more relaxed. The instructors and ambiance are amazing! I've had body work from Betty and came out feeling rejuvenated and energized .I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I have attended a couple different classes. Not being from the area I must say each time has felt like time well spent. prior to the Super Bowl was a truly special class. 2 teachers shared the time and it felt like magic. The ladies helped guide me into feeling strong tall and weightless

Very friendly staff, listens to your needs and asks along the way. Very comfortable place. Have never been disappointed with any service anytime I have gone there. Highly recommend Shelly for hair !! Won’t go anywhere else

Great staff, teachers, and owners! Hands down my favorite studio. Perfect for newbies or the yoga elites of the world. Besides amazing yoga, they offer some great other services too like reiki and massage along with some great yogi merch up front. Really nice ambiance, great size studio, and easy parking. Kevan's \fluid @ yoga nidra\ is my favorite for a perfect blend of kick your butt and then complete relaxation. If you want to just be kind to yourself checkout Betty's Spa yoga too. Every teacher brings something great to the table.
