The pick up service is very loud and disturbing. Every Thursday morning at 6:45AM I can count on a wake up call on my day off. I have never had a service start this early. The truck goes by the place where I live at least 4 times once it starts. Today the driver sat with the truck idling outisde of my window for a few minutes. I find this very unprofessional. If it were a reasonable time in the morning, I would not have a complaint.

Terrible service, they skipped over my recycling barrels without even looking inside. Then claimed a cardboard box wasn’t crushed so they’ll be back in two weeks. Very disappointing that a service company would do this during a state of emergency that requires residents to stay in doors. I know my vote will not be for Waste Management when it comes time to renew contracts.
Totally unprofessional: Comes every Tuesday morning before 5am to dump a half empty dumpster on a dead end cul-de-sac in a residential area for the North Quincy Catholic Academy. In the process of dumping a 10 yard dumpster the operator of the dump truck bangs the dumpster with extreme force making so much noise it literally sounds like a artillery round going off echoing off all the surrounding homes in a dead end cul-de-sac waking up everyone who lives on the street. While leaving the backup alarm echoes throughout the house and neighborhood for 1-2 minutes when there is absolutely no vehicle's parked on the street ever because of all the no parking signs. This has been a ongoing issue this year with emails sent about this issue stating the complaints which seems to be getting nowhere. Nobody should be woken up out of a sound sleep with such ruckus it's absolutely rude and Especially ignorant to do so AT 4:45am in the morning. This should be done around 6am Not before or around 5am. If this continues to happen I'm going to video tape the issue and email my story with the video to Boston 25 News, News Center 5 and Channel 7 News
Convenient (renovated my own apartment with partial gutting in Brookline), good pricing (no reason to go to Taunton) and the people there are great. Easy to deal with and just simply nice.
hours are different and made me lost 13 miles driving for nothing! I'll never use this place anymore!
