I have used deep south for two years. Their customer service is top notch. They care about their customers and made every interaction a good one. The only reason I'm not using them anymore is because I'm moving out of the state. Thank you Deep South.

I called to set up service and the person who helped me was so nice, I don’t remember the last time I had great customer service like that. First off I do love this trash company. They pickup constantly and don't have lazy drivers. Their polite and flexible customer service is stellar. My one and only complaint and reason for a 4 star is the lack of flexibility with their dump site. No bags and usually have to pay extra. Which i don't understand considering I already pay a subscription. I'm not trying to dispose of had waste, just extra waste from spring cleaning. Again I love the company just this one issue and continue to suggest them to others.

We can always learn something from others. I posted a not so good review and I learned the value of patience and communication with a family small business. I've been with Deep South since the beginning. I'm a veteran like the owner. I have no words for the amazing customer service and treatment I have received. You're not just a number, they remember you. My apologies Deep South and you will have my support always. Thanks for reminding me of patience, communication, and bearing. This covid-19 is hard on all of us. Thank you for doing what you do.

Deep South is the best sanitation company by far. They are so professional, from the lady who signed me up for the service right to my curb with the people who empty my cans. They are the friendliest company and very personable. I even get my can sprayed with a deodorizer. I really recommend with going with them first, you won’t be disappointed. This is my second company and I wish I would have just started with them to begin with.
