I started working here during the Covid 19 I want to say in September. Well I didn’t make it past a week. I called off on my 4th day but due to me having a fever and cough. So Mary I believe who it was said it’s not professional to call off in the first week so we will have to let you go. Are you serious so you want me to come in sick and if I had Covid then what? It’s ok my lawyer says otherwise! Stupid company to work not worth no 12 bucks an hour and ran by woman yeah a bunch of Karen’s!

QCSS is by far the best establishment I have ever worked for. This is the first time in all of my years of working feeling apart of a company. The atmosphere is amazing everyone here is extremely nice. The owner is so down to earth and welcoming. All of the managers on the floor or helpful and will go over and beyond to make sure the staff have all the knowledge that they need to succeed. You will never feel like you’re on your own when starting a new campaign.I always wanted a job that I can go to and feel like I don’t need a vacation from it. Starting here at QCSS I finally achieved my goal.
My family has owned this company since before I was born and have sacrificed their lives to build their own business and achieve the American dream. I am very proud of them. They love this business and their employees so much so I wanted to leave a review.
I’ve been here a few months now. Mary called me to screen me and to set up the interview. She was very nice. I came in and interviewed with Ken, one of our supervisors. They called me in 2 days and let me know I had the job. Kirsten in HR trained us on the company policies and then Gerald trained me on my first campaign. They let me listen to another agent making calls before I got on the phones the next day because I was a bit nervous. The company has luncheons (one time per month) where employees get fee lunch and they announce employee of the month. Another agent, Bonnie reads a list of jokes of the month before we eat. They are dry but funny. Everyone is in a good mood on the day of the luncheon. I set appointments. We get a commission per appointment set which helps build your paycheck. Sometimes they days are long when you’re not getting as many appointments as you hoped or if someone is having a bad day and takes it out on you on the phone.
Wonderful place to work. I love our EVP and supervisors as well. Outbound is nice because I like the commission I can make
