Put Party pool in the water to make it appear clean. Had me order a new filter for 100 he installed it didn’t say a word, then never showed up the next week. I asked him why and he said he couldn’t do my pool anymore it was too much work. I had a different pool person come by because the pool immediately turned green. He miss thread the lid for the filter it was pouring water out, the filter he made me order was the wrong size, meaning about a foot shorter that it should have been. He through the box behind a tree, didn’t tell me, had party pool bottles thrown in the landscaping. Do not use this guy. He is also a player. Watch out for him. He raises his rate and never shows up for the job. Beware!

He used to clean pool great years ago, then got in some kind of trouble and sold his buisness. The new people tried to raise my rate considerably after a year of service and I still had this old number so tried it and Rodger said he was back in buisness and please give him another chance. I did - wish had not!!!! This Covenant Pool guy suddenly started calling me numerous times at work (like 5 times in one day) and texts because he felt a screen repair had to be immediately done and that I was to use his handyman to do so. Then started bailing on service calls since I did not call his handyman and at a pool filter change (that he said I had to buy immediately which the current filter was only 2 month old?), threw the plastic wrapper in pool (found it floating around on top) and left the old filter in the bushes by pump instead of throwing it away like a responsible vendor. See picture below This guy may be on drugs or something because he came out extremely nice and then went really weird. Stay away.
Roger was nice and that’s why I hired him. 7 weeks later he didn’t show up and didn’t tell me. Then he asked me to raise the monthly price of more than 50% on what we agreed on if i wanted to continue working with him...It’s a shame I couldn’t count on him, I had to find someone to replace him very quickly. Not professional.
I contact HomeAdvisor for an estimate on pool services. Shortly Roger contact me and very helpful in suggestion. i am from out of town and Roger come once a week to check the pool. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing service.
Goes out his way to work with owners and help out in any way he can.
