This is HANDS DOWN the BEST pharmacy we have ever dealt with. They are SO consistently fast with their refills and special order requests. I called today to get medicine filled for a critical k9 patient last minute and the pharmacist did everything I asked for!! 5 special order medicines ready for the client to pick up same hour. As nurse and former Pharmacy Tech, I highly recommend Skip's Pharmacy. I have been ordering my LDN, as well as, my pet's medicationfrom from them for the past 8 years They are always very professional and extremely organized. My medications are always filled promptly and they are delivered on time via USPS. Many researchers have used Skip's over the years for their LDN, because of their accuracy. This is so important when using a compounding pharmacy.

UPDATE: I received a call back AFTER I posted the review offering me what I spent nearly an hour on the phone asking for... of course not only do I know that no one can control the shipping normally but especially now, in the time of Covid. My complaint is that rather than find a solution during our initial discussions (which I offered) they said NO, after wasting a lot of my time on the phone. I appreciated the pharmacist's call back, she was a lovely person, but knowing that the only motivation was my review, I declined and have found another compounding pharmacy. I never write reviews. But this experience made me want to take the time to say what AWFUL policies they have. I was told I would have my prescription no later than a certain day (no promise of an exact date, which they always say they cannot do). I made it clear that I would pay for FedEx if there would be an issue and only just found out it will not arrive and now I am officially out of my prescription. They told me I would need to pay DOUBLE the initial FedEx charge I was willing to pay initially to get it by tomorrow which is Saturday delivery -- I am already going to missing one dose of a daily medication. I offered to pay the initial FedEx fees but was told the OWNER said he would not cover the remainder. Really lovely customer service policy for someone that has ordered from Skip's for years. BTW, the people I spoke to were helpful. I was told the OWNER was asked and he said he would not do anything in this situation. It isn't even the amount of money -- it's the lack of taking responsibility and trying to do what's right by a long term customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
