I am incredibly impressed by this company. I live in Orlando and needed to quickly purchase a lift chair recliner for my elderly father who lives in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I called Statewide Mobility, left a message, and received a call back within the hour. The sales manager, Dustin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained the four most common type of chairs, helped me to choose which would be best suited to my father’s needs, and then helped me to identify a quality manufacturer. He worked with me to narrow the choices down to two models of chair, allowing me to assist my father in making a final decision between the two options. With the decision made, Dustin then took our order in a completely stress-free process, expedited the order with his supplier, and even sanitizing the chair for us upon its arrival at his warehouse. Dustin then not only arranged for white glove delivery of the chair, but was there in person to set up and supervise the testing of the chair before it was turned over to my father for use. I would not expect Dustin to perform this personalized service for every customer, but it certainly demonstrated the company’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has elderly parents that wish to have their expectations not only met, but far exceeded.
