I called the Laser Warehouse last week to buy a used Palomar Icon and the owner Shawn was seriously the most straight shooter I have ever spoken to. He was straight up with me, very honest plus had a great sense of humor too. He gave me a great deal on a used Palomar icon. Will use them again for sure.

Let me start of by saying this was a very easy experience having my Starlux 500 fixed by The Laser Warehouse. Three other companies tried to fix my unit but they couldn't. Shawn at The Laser Warehouse got it done, after these 3 other companies tried and failed. He had it back up and running in 24 hours. I am very happy with the level of service.

The i-button needed to be reset on our Alma SHR Pro head. A friend said the Laser Warehouse did all of their Alma Laser repair work, so we sent it in to them. They turned it around in 24 hours – great service as far as I’m concerned.

The touchscreen on our LightSheer Duet went bad. The quote we received directly from Lumenis to fix it was extremely high. We called several places and after speaking with Shawn, decided to ship it to him for repair. The Laser Warehouse’s quote was 1/2 of the Lumenis estimate. The work done by Shawn was just as good and a lot faster. We recommend them for any Lumenis laser repair work you need done.
