I bought a shearling jacket there last year and, of course tthey wantted me to store it along with a very old mink restyled jacket. For the 2 jackets storage they charged me 145 and only cleaned one of them. They returned the shearling loaded with spots and never called me before putting it into storage. The coats were returned to me last week, the mink cleaned, but the shearling with spots on it. I called them about the issue and they told me to bring it in and they would clean it for me. I brought it in today and they wanted to charge me another 50 to clean it!.. I think this is outrageous and I will never deal with them again. I took the coat and walked out. I am sure I can get it cleaned by any leather cleaner for less and I even bought the coat from them. I actually think fur storage is a scam anyway.

Poor service. On hold all the time. Takes a while before they find you. Blah. Not storing there again.
