Check-in card system broke. I mentioned to technician who told me, \It's not my problem.\ Hm... When she didn't have my info, confused, I said that I saw it on the screen out front. She snapped saying, \I don't need your attitude.\ Whoa! I debated leaving but needed these labs. I wrote to LabCrop and never heard back. To say that this tech, whom I've dealt with in the past, is disgruntled, is putting it mildly. She's downright scary. Will not return. Find another lab for your sake and safety, folks.

I went there for my drug screening. I was treated very rudely and failed because I wasn't given another opportunity to produce enough urine. This has never happened before
This lab does very well at drawing blood from patients who usually require multiple attempts to find a vein.
