The facility is always clean and in good condition. The team working there are helpful and friendly. I had a unit there for four years, never had any type of issue. They have plenty of options to suit any storage need.

I have used several different storage units/companies in my life and travels. Metro Self Storage in Deerfield is the cleanest and has the safest atmosphere that I have ever witnessed. The front office staff made is so easy to rent and move-in. I witnessed no odors....floors were spotless and the temperature was very comfortable and well maintained. The move in and move out process was simple. I gave Metro Self Storage 5 stars....I would have given it 10 stars if the rating were available.
