I backed into a tree and a ripped open the roof of my RV and rain is coming later that night. I called gander RV three times and they didn't call me back. Even though I just spent 1,000 there two days earlier. I started calling around and custom RV answered immediately and said come on and we'll take a look at it and take care of you at least we can do is get you safe for the rain. And that's what they did. They patched up my RV to get me through the rains and I am so grateful for that.
I have utilized their services for several years. Custom RV Services is an example of the way a family owned business provides exemplary service. Their latest repair was on my 2019 Winnebago Travato where they had to do extensive research to determine how to fix the problem with my water system. I am a loyal customer and plan to return whenever I need service.
Great place, had a bent awning and they fixed it in no time when other places said it would be month's. Would recommend this place highly if you have any issues with your camper or motorhome.
Passing thru Madison and needed an electrical repair on my travel trailer. Service Department was booking appointments weeks in advance but they managed to squeeze me in for an early morning appointment. Repair was done professionally, expeditiously, economically. I trust their advice to be customer-centric rather than self-serving. Highly recommended.
