Initial bill description was confusing, had an initial quote and then a paper quote that was way off. Ended up being close to original quote but seems like it was more of an issue with corporate than the individual store. Staff was super friendly with purchase, but got defensive when I brought my concerns to them.

Came here with a new phone and needed to download my old phone's information which I lost on my daughter's scouting canoe trip. Clerk easily assisted me with downloading information from the cloud and had me back in business in 30 minutes. I would return here for future purchases and help.
Where do I start ? How lazy their rep Anthony is, or how he's a liar to make sales? Went in to upgrade my device and told him I want to trade in my device. He made me buy the new phone while making me believe my phone was being traded in. Asked me to come in and trade in my old phone in when the new phone arrives at the store. When the new phone arrived, he said he was too busy to help me with the trade in asked me to call ATT customer care and have them setup my drop off for the old phone. Surprise! When I called ATT the trade in wasn't valid. It was only valid if I bought the phone through Samsung's website. What a con! Great job Anthony. Now I'm having issues with billing and now and he says he doesn't have access to help with billing and I have to come back only when their God forsaken manager is in the store which is never. Twice now, and same story. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER ATT!! Horrible service from your reps.
Would be a zero if possible. My daughter got a note10. Within months she had issue with the phone. Erratic charging and draining the battery fast. She took it in and was told to change a setting. Nope didn't work and took it back in. They said wrong setting and again it didn't help. She went back [now going on 3rd month) and told a update was coming and it would fix it. Update came and nothing. She is 18 and wanted to hqndle it herself at this time i went in . They first tries a insurancei wondered why i gotta pay 150 to fix a problem that warentee should fix. The reason was there is a small crack in the screen that now the warentee was void. It shouldn't have been a issue if the store would have done the warentee before 3 months of complaining. I talk to a guy t the store who called the warentee place. He told them the situation and he said it was fine and they would send us a new phone. Got it in 5 days (great service). We send in the broken phone Today I get the old phone back and a bill for 950. I call at&t. There isea of fixing it is to just send in the phone and get a new line and a free phone...no matter that we are paying for a broken or not usable phone.. Where this should have been fixed months ago if the store just sent in the broken phone months ago. So my 18 yr old daughter either has to give up her note 10 and get a new line (wich I doubt solves anything) or pay 950. So be weary when dealing with the store.
